Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery timeframes typically range from 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Rancho Real is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international shipments. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Failure to pay customs fees may result in delayed delivery, return, or disposal of the package. Refunds will not be issued for orders refused due to unpaid customs charges.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Rancho Real is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees or may not be eligible for a refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Rancho Real is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
